Insurance & Payment Information
We want to make dental care as easy and accessible as possible for our patients.
Here’s how it works at Rosemann Dental:
We are in-network with Medicaid for patients age 21 and under and for pregnant women.
We gladly accept all other dental insurance plans, even if we are not in-network with your provider.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we will still file your claim for you.
Please note: You may be responsible for any amount your insurance doesn’t cover.
